 Dione has been a leader in management consulting for more than 27 years. She has extensive experience providing strategic and operational management consulting services, creating and implementing organizational process changes and solutions primarily on behalf of Fortune 500 companies with a focus in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, integrations and across the following industries: distributions, manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, financial, retail, telecommunications, insurance, and utilities. Dione differentiates herself as a seasoned consulting professional with big 4, big firm experience over the course of her career who is able to understand current state operations of the organization while applying innovative and best practice solutions to maximize effectiveness and ROI on behalf of organizational leadership while gathering the cooperation and willingness of all levels of the organization. She is a complex program manager with effective communications, interview and consultative skills adept in analysis and implementation and helping both executive leadership lead and employees adopt to change. Dione effectively bridges the gap by understanding and applying solutions across accounting and finance to operations and technology. She maintains significant experience in the healthcare industry with degrees in accounting information systems, industrial engineering and computer science. While her professional background is focused on People, Process and Technology within Healthcare, she also maintains relevant first hand experience in walking the patient care journey with an aging parent.

Stephanie is a seasoned executive in Operations, Finance and Technology with over 25 years in senior leadership roles, reporting directly to the CEO as well as “big 4” consulting with Deloitte & Touche. She effectively blends all three areas of expertise to help organizations across Communications and Organizational design, implementation and change. As a results-driven leader, she has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans that impact profitability, growth and overall effectiveness of a Company. As the senior executive over these projects, she has been the point person in all communication, both internally and externally, to critical business partners including employees, shareholders, Board of Directors, vendors, suppliers, government agencies, etc.  She has led a variety of strategic projects including system implementations, developing new businesses, integrating new or acquired businesses, new financing and refinancing, relocating or opening new sites and a variety of projects that drove operational efficiency. 

LaTrina is a dynamic, motivated leader with 18+ years’ experience in organizational transformation, strategic planning, project management, data analytics and program evaluation in healthcare, public health, IT, finance, and human resources. Significant healthcare consulting and global health research experience. Engaging speaker and skilled written communicator to diverse audiences with teaching and training experience.  In full partnership with Hasse's leadership team, LaTrina heads our clients' large scale transformative journeys across change and data and analytics.  LaTrina is a doctoral candidate (Doctor of Public Health) as of December 2024 from Georgia Southern University.

Her recent experience includes supporting the merger journey across data and analytics with the Hasse team as well as helping our other clients lead cross functional strategic initiatives and facilitating special projects.  LaTrina has served in many critical roles ensuring effective business transformation initiatives.

Alexander Hasse graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University in Economics with minors in Chemistry and German Studies as part of Vanderbilt’s premed program.   As part of Hasse Consulting, he focuses on the patient journey in acute and post-acute healthcare, medical research and lab operations as well as data analytics best practices. 

 In the Sheila Collins lab at Vanderbilt, Alexander studied metabolic pathways for natriuretic peptides and catecholamines jointly upregulate adipocyte cell browning and thermogenesis. He sought to understand how perturbations in specific metabolic processes, like sympathetic nerve signaling or gluconeogenesis, can alter mitochondrial metabolism in adipocyte cell lines and in mice.  

Backed by a strong academic record in combination with a track record of hard work and exemplary client service and leadership Alexander is focused on adding value and service to any perspective organization while bringing best practices and innovative solutions to all of his projects.

Arthur Clark, MBA, MS, CISSP, is the Chairman of Hasse Consulting's Advisory Board.  He currently serves as a C Suite leader in the Home Healthcare space as a national technology leader.  Arthur is a trusted advisor to the Hasse Consulting team sharing best practices across industries and disciplines.  In addition to sharing vision and strategy both in his career and advisory roles, Arthur is an operational and technical leader responsible for IT infrastructure, applications and services. He maintains more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, including executive IT and operations roles at Haven Hospice, Visiting Nursing Association and Hospice of the Florida Keys. Most recently, Arthur was the Technical Services Director at Ellucian for four years. Arthur earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida.

Nancy Schultz serves as Hasse's Excellence in Service and Delivery Chairman ensuring best practices are infused and a part of every client delivery approach and Hasse's overall strategic goals.  Nancy maintains over three decades of exemplary consulting and leadership experience.  She launched North Highland's office in 1999 and served as the Global Healthcare Leader as well as Nashville office leader.  Prior to North Highland, she served as a Partner to Accenture and a Director of Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.  Nancy has helped numerous clients and counseled many consultants while shaping their careers and positively impacting their lives.  She has significant experience working with C Suite executives to conceptualize, create and deliver high value initiatives.  In addition to her significant healthcare experience, Nancy has delivered results across industries including manufacturing, retail, and the public sector.  She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and an electrical engineer by degree.

Bernie Wedge supports Hasse Consulting in ensuring excellence in both our internal operations and best practice solutions tailor made for each client.  As a retired national partner heading up a major segment within Ernst & Young, a big 4 accounting firm, he brings the ability and foresight in managing risk to seize opportunity in uncertain times. Bernie is also a trusted executive (CPA and Boardroom Qualified Technology Expert) positioned to be an Audit Committee financial or technology expert who has assessed digital risk at the largest financial sector organizations in the U.S. He has helped public companies seize opportunity by managing digital technology risk, addressing customer needs, and complying with internal/external audit and industry regulations to ensure resilient and sustainable business and IT operations.

Having served as EY’s Americas Technology Risk Leader and a governing member of the practice’s Global executive, He had the privilege and challenge of being on the forefront of building the IT risk, control and audit profession. For the last decade he's focused on the Financial Services sector, providing IT risk management, cybersecurity, IT internal audit, and IT Assurance (SOC 1/2/3 examinations) for some of the most complex IT environments and national clients.  

Linda Goodspeed supports Hasse Consulting as its chief counsel in navigating, facilitating and integrating a merged board across two legacy boards as part of every merger Hasse leads.  Linda's years of experience across business, technology, engineering and her active leadership in the boards she serves allows Hasse to bring best practices to each client experience.  In addition to board governance, leadership and integration best practice leadership, Linda is a proven technology leader.

Linda Goodspeed is the retired managing partner and Chief Operating Officer of WealthStrategies Financial Advisors, LLC. She is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The ServiceMaster Company. Before ServiceMaster, she served as the CIO and Vice President of Information Systems for Nissan North America, Inc. From 2001 until 2007, she was an executive at Lennox International, a global supplier of climate control solutions. She held various roles with Lennox as an Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Logistics, and Chief Technology Officer. Ms. Goodspeed also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of PartMiner, Inc., a global supplier of electronic components. In her past, Ms. Goodspeed has held leadership management positions in product management, research and development, and design engineering at General Electric Appliances, Nissan North America, Inc. and the Ford Motor Company.

Ms. Goodspeed is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of American Electric Power, AutoZone, and Darling Ingredients, Inc. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of Columbus McKinnon Corporation and Global Power Equipment Group. She holds a mechanical engineering degree from Michigan State University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She completed all coursework at Walden University toward a doctorate in Technology Entrepreneurship with research in the area of IT outsourcing. She also holds a National Association of Corporate Directors Leadership Fellow and CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight.

 Steve is the Market President for Alltrust working for the Lakewood Ranch office. In his area of responsibility Steve works with CEO’s, CFO’s and HR Professionals to offer cost effective, sustainable employee benefits that attract and retain top talent.
