Hasse LLC oversaw the merger of two hospice organizations that came together to become the largest not-for-profit hospice organization in the United States. Hasse LLC served as an effective and efficient support arm to both organizations while providing integration and consulting services.
Hasse LLC worked to design and establish an integration management office, establish change management and communications initiatives, complete due diligence, define and adjust organizational structure, complete and execute the merger and operating agreement, define plans of consolidation for several departments including finance, IT, and legal, determine corporate office locations, and more.
Hasse LLC worked with a large for profit hospital management organization in two separate, back to back projects supporting the company in their transition from a holding to operating company. They supported and served as trusted advisor to their Accounting and Finance leadership across people, process and technology in organizing and aligning the organization to the centralized, strategic goals and vision of Corporate.
Hasse LLC also supported the C Suite's efforts in providing current state and future state operating refinements across contracting, IT and Financial processes in the roll out of a new system and its ancillary processes in transforming the organization while providing operating efficiency best practices and recommendations.
Hasse LLC worked with a large media organization to select a new commercial bank provider for treasury management and subsequently oversee implementation. Hasse LLC analyzed current state technology and process and proceeded to facilitate and analyze bank vendor selection.
Hasse LLC designed a complex scoring matrix based on best practice and organizational preferences to evaluate various treasury management systems, eventually selecting the best option for the client. Upon selection, Hasse LLC worked closely with the client and vendor to expedite the implementation and training associated with the new system.
Hasse LLC worked with a large midwestern based utility and energy provider to re design and implement its Transmission and Substations engineering projects. With as much as $500M a year in capital expenditures incurred for centrally project managed T&S projects, the team worked to drive value across both the Project Management Organization and the Engineering groups.
Hasse LLC designed near term and longer term opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of T&S project engineering and planning as well as the provision of a decision framework to assist T&S Engineering and Project Management to effectively manage the project portfolio and determine which projects are good candidates for “push forward” engineering considering both benefits and risks.
